Dr. Katherine E. Misch received her bachelor’s degree from Trinity College in Washington, D.C graduating cum laude. In 1991 she received her dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Teldyne-Hanua award in Prosthodontics, the International Merit Award in Removable Prosthodontics, and the Outstanding Undergraduate Achievement in Prosthodontics from the American College of Prosthodontics. During dental school, she also completed training and licensure in intravenous anesthesia. Dr. Misch then enrolled in a two-year specialty training program in prosthodontics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine at the Highland Drive Veterans Hospital. Prosthodontics is the specialty of restoring teeth and/or replacing missing teeth with artificial substitutes such as dental implants. She completed her residency in 1993 and practiced in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. In 1999 she moved with her husband to Florida and established a specialty office in Sarasota. Her practice is concentrated on implant prosthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Misch is an active member of the Academy of Osseointegration and the key opinion group Dentsply PEERS. Her dental peers have voted her a Top Dentist in the Sarasota area.

I went to see Dr. Misch for my front teeth implants consultation. Dr. Misch is very knowledge. He explained my situation clearly and gave me a detail report and treatment option.Then the procedure was completed successfully. Dr. Misch is not only a master in his profession but also ethical. He cares deeply from the patient's perspective. His whole team is very friendly, efficient and organized. I strongly recommend Dr. Misch to any one who need dental implant. You will be in good hands. After a front temporary crown fell out I needed help immediately. Misch Implant Dentistry got me in to see Dr. Haring within two hours. The staff was welcoming and caring. (The waiting room is exceptional too!) They explained everything thoroughly, gave me a treatment plan I agreed to and understood and got to work cementing my temporary back in while making impressions for the permanent. I’m very happy I chose Misch Implant Dentistry!

During the Covid pandemic my healthcare team retired. I was without a dentist. While visiting my daughter in another city I had an implant done, completed in January but this month, March, the implant crown came loose.. I was referred to Misch and given an appointment with Dr. Haring in a very timely manner. He assessed the situation and came up with a treatment plan which covered all scenarios. Fortunately he was able to complete the least evasive treatment and reattach the crown. Great job Doc !
It’s good to know that excellent dental services are available in a time of need as we reemerge from the isolation of the pandemic and know health care is there for us. I can’t say enough about Misch Implant Dentistry and Dr. Haring. Thanks for being there.

This entire office is exceptional! From the time you call the office to schedule, arrive and have your consultation and/or procedure, everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Who knew going to the dentist could be so pleasant!? Dr. Maggie and Sally were beyond awesome! Best patient experience I’ve ever had.

New to Misch Dental, I was immediately impressed with warmth from the staff and professionalism.
Yesterday Dr Misch-Haring did my surgery. It was the best oral surgery experience I’ve ever had. Dr Misch-Haring called me last night after my surgery, following up.
I was comfortable! Also, I had followed all preliminary instructions, and it made the my procedure and afterwards great.
